WELLS BURGER WELL DONE
This is the way a Texas burger should be presented and taste like. It was hot, juicy and flavorful. Whole grown beef patty with ALL the trimmings of lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles with mayo and mustard on a branded bun. DELICIOUS!!!
Just off the Rockwall’s downtown square is a farm to table dining experience at Wells Cattle Co Restaurant & Market. Bring your kids or go on a date. It is a casual atmosphere with a comfort food menu.
Park under a tree and enter through the wooden front porch. The interior has been renovated with ample spacing to dine at the front or back of the restaurant.
At the self serve drink station, I filled up my cup with a Local Sterling Tea mango peach flavor.
Southwest Triple Cheese Fries
My husband and I shared a sidekick order of a loaded garnished bowl of hand cut fries that included some jalapeño spiciness.
KETO Cheesecake
You really would not know the difference in this slice of pie that this a KETO version. It definitely holds it own against a traditional cheesecake. It was drizzled with blueberry sauce, but it would have been fine served plain.

The Menu
One of the easy to view features is the digital menu on the wall. I liked seeing this to help me to determine what I wanted to order. Showing the food items also on the other screen is a great selling tool too. Next time, I will have to try the Tex-Mex Enchiladas.
Friendly Service
It was so nice to see happy and attentive staff. The gals placing the orders and serving the dine in orders were just so pleasant. The tables were clean and we honestly felt welcomed to be there. Definitely a place that I would return to with my family and friends.

I go there every time I am in town. Lee and his staff are very friendly and the food is always cooked to perfection.
