• Charred Carrots – was a dish we couldn’t wait to taste, and it didn’t disappoint. Sweet apricots, creamy whipped feta, and spiced cashews brought a delightful twist, intensifying and complementing the carrots’ natural sweetness. A showstopper and a must-try!
• Beets and Avocado – a surprise standout! Beets and Avocado surprised us in the best way. It featured puffed wild rice, tahini, and a lemon vinaigrette. The flavors were fresh, nutty, and satisfying.
• Ricotta Cheesecake – finished our meal on a high note with pomegranate jelly and a crunchy cannoli topping.
