WATCH GUBERNATORIAL CANDIDATE Don Huffines. Are you tired of the duplicity, empty, broken promises? Is the border secure? Are your property taxes going down? Do you have confidence in our elections? Are you tired of renting your property from the government?
On May 29, 2021, the Patriot Movement of Texas hosted the first summer event at TLC on the Lake overlooking Lake Ray Hubbard. I suggested to the founders of the movement Katie and Joel Medina to invite Mr. Huffines to speak and I am glad that he accepted the invitation.
While Senator Huffines served his term he stood up against government corruption which led to six people to go to jail. He shared about that fight in his speech recorded by 28 News.
Texas Score Card Brandon Waltens wrote an article regarding the bus bureaucracy that involved the former Dallas Mayor Pro Tem Dwaine Caraway who plead guilty to bribery and corruption that surrounded the Dallas County Schools. The scheme involved stop-arm camera contracts with Force Multiplier Solutions and its CEO, Robert Leonard. Part of the scheme, according to court documents it involved Leonard bribing officials and DCS spending millions on cameras from Leonard’s company.
Huffines hoped to be able to work with Governor Abbott and other Senate colleagues the following session to shine a spotlight, but was not re-elected for another term.
Leadership. No Excuses.
Huffines speech should resonate that we are dealing with politicians who simply just go through the motions many times and we end up living with the lies. We all have been effected. Property taxes increasing, government growing and our liberties being violated under the guise of “public safety”. Our Texas schools is a good example of laws being violated with the use of aversive techniques due to outrageous amount of unconstitutional executive orders giving elected school board officials a path to adopt guidelines from agencies. Gobs of parents who saw it for what it is demanded amicably to stop violating their oath of office, liberty and end the unlawful policies on the students.
Even though we had other candidates that announced their run for governor. It was not until Huffines speaking out against the face coverings and lockdowns did Governor Abbott make another announcement specifically honing in on the schools to lift mask related mandates or they may face fines. Right now, Huffines support has a growing foundation of North Texas grass root activists that will hopefully lead to generating votes in Primary 2022.
Please do your research on candidates that meet the Five Star Plan and it can help curate interview questions. The Austin Swamp is counting on low information voters to go with what sounds like action or this candidate has been fighting for you. Certain officials or activists may even use President Trump’s endorsement of Abbott or other candidates as a way to solicit your vote. The response to the immediate threat or crisis of 2020 should be enough to use as a discussion to not support another tyrant term.
Hispanics Against Socialism
Joining our movement are Hispanics Against Socialism who are growing their community by educating Hispanics on the dangers of Socialism while bridging ideological party divides through Conservatism. The Hispanic Action Network exists to educate, equip and engage the faith community from a biblical worldview, to pray and impact culture by turning their faith into action. Finally, a pastor that is not speaking political correct jargon.

From distributing biblical voter guides to training biblical civic leadership to speak about life, marriage and religious liberty. Another partner of the Texas-sized movement is founder Tim Labatzky of Patriot Owned Businesses. It is a growing network of business owners across the United States that stand for our traditional American values. Each business owner that joins the network agrees that they support our Constitution as it is written, as well as, personal responsibility.
