Early February, Cocoa Sisters, delivered my box of chocolate bon bons to my door. The talented gifted owner, Amanda Bonds and new mom made sure my order was top notch. She is the skilled chocolatier who knows how to blend a variety of ingredients to create these colorful creations. Bringing cooking chemistry to edible art infusions as a gift to seasonal delights. My Cocoa Sister’s Order
The flavors that I purchased in a box of 12 are (featured in the photo above):
Salted Caramel – Golden Sea Salt Caramel. My mouth had a party with the velvety texture of salt and sweetness. Definitely a personal favorite.
Peruvian Dark Chocolate Ganache. This one had a rich taste of dark chocolate with a nice finish.
Cherry-Milk Ganache with Cherry Pate De Fruit. A well balanced tart flavor.
The appearance of the chocolates shell cracked nicely and there was an audible snap.
Ganache, is the most common bon bon filling which can have a cream and chocolate flavorings that is smooth and mixed well.
