You know I am a fan of seafood! This recipe by Ree Drummond brings a nice color, texture and adds flavor to the meat of the taco. We used Argentinian shrimp so the jalepeno was a nice blend. Certainly add some hot sauce for more kick!

❤️ Texas State Legislature Session began today and we witnessed our new House District 33 Representative Katrina Pierson sworn in. We toured and detoured around the Capitol. We also visited Rep. Pierson office and prayed over her. Lots of work to do in Texas.

🎄Our first family Christmas we spent the weekend in Broken Bow in a cabin. We had an early morning guided horseback ride winding through the natural forest area in the State Park with
Beavers Bend Depot & Trail Rides and rode a replica of the C.P. Huntington train built in 1863 that was so much fun! We checked out the shops and later we did a little tasting at @knottedropewinery, @beaversbendbrewery, @thetastingroominhochatown . There was something for the whole family to enjoy.
