My Digital Framee

My New Smart Photo Frame | Photo Credit By Adrienne Balkum

For years I have been lagging behind in printing family photos to hang on my wall or to produce picture albums. I decided to research on the cost of a digital wifi frame. You know the kind where you send photos to a device and it will give a photo slideshow.

It was a sticker shock!!!

And some tablet frames don’t have wifi.

It’s been a long while since we have used our ipads so I decided to research for an app that I could download for me to send photos to my ipad.

Let me introduce to you FRAMEE.

This annual subscription is $1.99.

I downloaded it from the Google Play Store and it is also available on the Apple App Store too. I added it to my ipads and my husband added it to his phone too. When we visit Grandma we are going to hook her up by downloading it to her ipad that she no longer uses. So anytime we add another photo to Framee on the tablet it will add it.

There are some settings for how long you want it to run. We chose it to run from 6am to 1am. You may choose how long before the photo goes to the next photo. We set ours to change every 5 minutes. Our kids sometimes go up to the tablet and slide to the next photo or skim through it. There is also for anyone who has the Framee photo app to LOVE the photo.

There are options to attach your ipad to the wall with a sticky substance. I went to Hobby Lobby and bought an easel for half off. There are other more artsy ipad stands that are carved out of wood.

Besides Grandma’s nightstand there are other places you can display your new smart photo frame.

Like your office desk, art studio, kitchen counter, entertainment center, guest bath, or dining table.

I’m sure you will find the perfect place to share your beautiful memories. Or gift an old ipad to a remote relative. Oh and by the way. Don’t worry if there are a few cracks. You just may not notice there are any cracks.
