Just Gazing By Adrienne Balkum
It is a 5×5 canvas where I painted with acrylic paint using a palette knife.
While I was sculpting the paint I was just imagining the field of flowers as it fluttered in a warm sunrise for miles. The interior matting was personally customized to fit so you can view 95% of the landscape and enclosed with a glass gold frame. The frame was unusual, because I felt the swirls showed movement. Which is perfect as I was imagining the colorful field move with the breeze.
The things you regret most in life are the risks you didn’t take.
This is a kindness project that I’m pursuing to be intentional with my time and gifting these little works to some special people.
