Set your goals, know the metrics, and know why exactly you want to do it. After six months of OMAD I have decided to create a few pages of exercises that focus on toning my arms and hopefully tighten my waistline. According to MuscleWiki these are the low intensity body weight exercises to try. I designed the Workout Tracker for the month of June 2022 that has 15 different exercises. I will attempt to do all of them in one session of 3 sets of reps as a low intensity workout. Then to show which exercise has been completed I will mark the day(s) on each calendar section. I’m hoping to complete 3 workout sessions for a minimum of 30 minutes a week. After doing some research to when to exercise it was recommended to do it BEFORE my time to eat.
