The festivities began with an interactive StoryTime Theatre session featuring the captivating Ramblin’ Rita. Kayla Wardell’s performance had the children grooving and singing along to nursery rhymes all about presents, cake, and celebrating the birthday girl. The personalized songs engaged the little ones—and even the adults couldn’t resist joining in! It was heartwarming to see parents getting involved, making the musical experience truly memorable.

No princess celebration is complete without a dazzling cake. SweetFace Sugar Shoppe and Bakery created a stunning smash cake adorned with a gold-accented tiara white fondant. The guest cake was a two-tiered masterpiece featuring gum paste roses and peonies, candy sequins brushed with edible Rolkem metallic gold, and a smooth white fondant finish. The strawberry and vanilla flavors were as delightful as the cake’s appearance. Alongside this picture-perfect cake were cupcakes topped with rose-shaped buttercream frosting in pink and white, dusted with gold—Fancy Nancy would definitely approve!

Guests enjoyed a self-serve barbecue feast catered by Smoke Monkey, a Rockwall County favorite. The spread included juicy brisket, tender chicken, mac n’ cheese, green beans, potato salad, and savory barbecue sauce. Grilled hot dogs were served for the younger guests, with pink lemonade and water chubby bottles to quench everyone’s thirst. The kids dined at child-sized tables, perfect for their height, making mealtime both convenient and enjoyable. These tables were also great for crafts, providing versatility throughout the event.

Gifts for Guests

Guests were treated to a variety of royal-themed party favors, including strawberry-flavored popcorn drizzled with creamy white chocolate, personalized M&Ms in shades of pink, white, and fuchsia, and pink chocolate-covered Oreos. The custom M&Ms featured messages like “Thank you,” “Happy 1st Birthday,” and “Princess.” These sweet treats were packaged in miniature gold chalices and sealed with a sticker that read, “Thank you for making my day Magical!” Every detail was thoughtfully executed, from the gold-dusted Rice Krispy squares to the perfectly tied string curls.
