Across the nation patriots are rising up against the tyranny from those in various political positions such as governors, judges, mayors, etc. who are issuing executive orders and mandates to deprive the people under the color of law. Quite a number of business owners and patrons are not aware that what has been done is repugnant to our Constitution. You know…the supreme law of our land that was created by WE THE PEOPLE and signed for a specific purpose to protect our unalienable rights, delegate limited power of government and coin our money?
So I decided to host a meeting that discussed this subject.
You want to take back America? We first need to take responsibility by educating ourselves and others so that we do not lose the greatest republic ever.
To kick off the evening, our first speaker Olivia Delavega, MSN, CNM shared her observations of what she has seen in hospitals. Her presentation was very insightful to some of the processes taking place. For example, mass testing leading to increase cases. Some of these tests are coming from those who were requested by their employers. College administrations are requiring testing from students. Every individual regardless of their hospital admission diagnosis are also being tested for C 0 v i d and those who test positive are put on C 0 v i d units, thereby increasing C 0 v i d hospitalizations. Olivia also spoke regarding the unnecessary suffering being caused by the handling of C 0 v i d by hospitals, which has lead to economic problems, unemployment of various professionals, and even our own healthcare systems not providing the services that patients may need.
The response from our healthcare system has been a huge concern for us all. We all have heard that it primarily started because we didn’t want to overwhelm our healthcare system–remember flattening the curve? Is this a legitimate government interest? Whose rights are being violated? Is the right of the patient being violated? Is the healthcare system being violated by having more customers than they can handle?
According to the Texas Constitutional Enforcement, Tom Glass said,
I mentioned at the Don’t Tread On Me event that a person that is in need of knee surgery or any kind of surgery doesn’t typically think, “Oh I need to put this off until the coast is clear.” Maybe that knee surgery is needed because he is essential to be able to provide for his family. Ultimately, the patient should determine that they are ready to go with their preferred provider. A hospital and our government should not be determining our personal healthcare needs, which I hear happens in socialist governing countries often.
It is absurd that we are treating people this way under the guise of a health crisis.
Let’s Talk About Our Rights
Next I presented information to educate fellow patriots that we need to educate ourselves so that we can fight against unconstitutional laws, rules, orders, mandates, and actions. To do this we needed to know who WE THE PEOPLE are. It starts with our Creator who gave us unalienable rights. And WE THE PEOPLE created the Constitution signed for a very specific purpose such as to protect our unalienable rights, delegate limited power of government and to coin our money.
I explained that nothing lawful can be conducted by government and the courts without Constitutional authority and government has no authority to disparage YOUR RIGHTS. Unfortunately, this has taken place across our great state and most of the United States. We allowed this to happen and even our own elected officials don’t remember their own oath of office. And if they did, they just rolled with it, which is no excuse. In fact, many of the oath breakers need to resign.
Executive Orders Are Not Law
Executive orders are designed to tell Governor’s employees how to implement policy, how to abide by the Constitution and how to implement the law. The clear sign that an EXECUTIVE ORDER is illegitimate is when it tries to put prohibitions and punishments on the citizenry. Read TEXAS CONSTITUTION, Article 2. Section 1.
And according to THE TEXAS CONSTITUTION ARTICLE 1. BILL OF RIGHTS
Sec. 19. DEPRIVATION OF LIFE, LIBERTY, PROPERTY, ETC. BY DUE COURSE OF LAW. No citizen of this State shall be deprived of life, liberty, property, privileges or immunities, or in any manner disfranchised, except by the due course of the law of the land.
On one of the many unconstitutional executive orders there was a mention…”hav[ing] the force and EFFECT OF LAW.” I explained as a former council member I had to read these types of documents or even had to create them. The play on words is where confusion took place in that the EFFECT OF LAW actually IS NOT LAW.
From the governor’s office to local officials it was clear to me that due process was not conducted. The intent was to control the population for whatever end game reasons. The idea to encouraging masking people for safety reasons clearly showed that their very own commissions did not do their own hazard evaluation analysis. [SEE FIGURE 1]
The Logic Behind The Lockdown
The logic behind the lockdown is that everyone is presumed guilty of being a threat to others without even a chance to prove innocence. You are prohibited from living life. You might contaminate and you have to wear a mask, even if you are Asymptomatic and have an extremely low probability that you might hurt somebody.
I decided to share a personal experience that occurred the night before of an incident of being terrorized by associates at Best Buy in Rockwall, Texas. It was absolutely absurd after upon entry a masked female associate followed me repeating multiple times to get my attention, “Ma’am.” When I finally turned back she said, “To enter you are required to wear a mask.”
I said, “No.” I continued on my way to the section in the back of the store to find a HD/USB connection for my MAC…but not before I overheard her speaking through her headset, “White female with no mask is in the store and refuses to wear one.”
It sounds ridiculous that we are putting energy to man down people who legitimately want to purchase an item and I am being discriminated against because I do not want to wear a face diaper.
When I finally found the section that I think may have had the item I was looking for. Another tall associate named Phil approached me, “Hello ma’am how are you today?” I said, “I’m fine and I’m looking for a device with a HD and USB ending to attach to my MAC.”
Of course, standing like a dog catcher, “To shop in the store you must wear a face covering.” He held up each hand holding a face shield in one and in the other a low grade paper mask. So I said, “No thank you, I’m not wearing that.”
I went back to reviewing the products on the wall. And he continued to say that I needed to put one on. Then he said that if I don’t then my options are to shop with curbside or online.
So I asked him, “Phil are you trying to coerce me to put on a mask?” He said, “No, but to shop in the store you must wear it.” So I followed up with, “Phil, I’m going to need your business card.”
He responded that he didn’t have one and that I can call a phone number which turned out to be one of those lines that never picks up. I really did need an associate to find what I was looking for. Obviously Phil wasn’t going to give me customer service and there was not anyone else around. He continued to try to tower in front of me waiting for me to succumb to his intimidation. I decided to ignore him and walked to the front of the store to the front desk, and lo and behold I found the same female associate that called out to me originally. I asked her, “Are you curbside?” She said that she was.
Phil was disappointed at this point and discontinued to act like a threat to me. Maybe because there would be too many witnesses for his inappropriate behavior. Keep in mind I am still inside the store with no face covering. I asked the female associate if she had this product that I had in my hand, but with a HDMI on one end? She offered to look it up and was sweet as can be. As she scrolled through the options, I said, “I really can’t see the endings can you make it larger?” She offered for me to touch her phone to enlarge it. To make sure that is what I heard, “Are you sure?” She said, “Yes, I’m not afraid.” So I proceeded to enlarge the photo and I asked, “Do you have this in stock?” She said, “Yes.” I told her, “I would like to buy it.” She went to the back and left her phone there on the desk. She returned and took me to a register further inside the store to ring me up. And I made the purchase with ease.
It’s like we are in a twilight zone that I am being treated like a person who is trying to rob Best Buy just by walking in without a facial covering. I’m glad that she chose to provide me the customer service that I was looking for and have always received in this store location.
On April 23, 2020, The Texas Supreme Court gave us a clue in the Abbott Case No 20-0291,
“The Constitution is not suspended when the government declares a state of disaster.”
I encouraged patriots that we need to take a stand by flexing our rights. It may be to say no or to simply open up our business without restrictions to discriminate. Our right to live should not be deprived. (The 1964 Civil Rights Act and Marbury v. Madison 1803 USC)
Unfortunately, small business owners and other entrepreneurs were used to implement unconstitutional mandates out of fear of being fined by local government, commissions, etc.
Who Were Appointed To Strike Force To Open Up Texas?
Governor Abbott created a Coronavirus Task Force with BIG BUSINESS MEN IN TEXAS called STRIKE FORCE. They used those business owners like HEB, Brookshire Brothers to implement these mandates in their locations PRIOR to any official mandates. It is insidious relationships to take the businessman to make them our keepers. As a side note, I sarcastically said, “Out of all the things to name your team that Strike Force was the winning name? It sounds like a group of henchmen out to take out a target.” Technically, their advisory led to many economic pains. Maybe that was their intent.
Essential vs Nonessential
I shared that each and everyone of us are essential. Regardless if you are a business owner or a patron. We are all needed to make life go around or for transactions to take place. It was absolutely a disaster in how things were handled and hopefully WE THE PEOPLE will not fall for it again.
Flex Your Rights
I encouraged the patriots to stay open fully without any of the unlawful orders such as inside/outside dining nonsense, limited capacity and/or only take out orders.–THEY HAVE NO AUTHORITY. Without due process of law they cannot take your livelihood away from you. Stand firm!
I mentioned to review all agreements such as a business and/or beverage licenses. Review what you consented to. Knowledge is power to have confidence to stand firm.

To end the evening, Lake Ray Hubbard Boat Parade Co-Organizer and H2 Systems business owner, Joel Medina shared encouragement about stepping up to support our unalienable rights and to support our Constitution.
It’s going to take WE THE PEOPLE to support our community to build each other up and it starts by educating ourselves. We can not wait for Washington to drain the swamp. We have to start here in our own backyard. He said that he did not approve of the mind numbing division of who is essential or who is not. “We were all effected in various ways and I want to do whatever I can to be an advocate to support our freedom that we have in our country.”
Will you join us to hold public officials accountable and support our community to overcome those who want to infringe on our liberty?
Get connected with your local Sheriff who supports and abides by his/her oath of office. We need more patriots on the ground to help support those who choose to fully open and lawfully defy tyrannical officials. It is encouraged to be peaceable. Nobody particularly likes confrontation, but there is strength in numbers. Patriots can be present when called upon when a business owner’s rights are being threatened by a public servant or public official. The reason for it is to be a witness and provide support.
Peacefully assemble to take video, Facebook live, photos and quote our constitutionally protected rights. Bring Cease and Desist and Notice of Discrimination forms to fill out and file them at the Sheriff’s office. Inform them that We the People hold the power and if they persist to violate our unalienable rights that we may sue them in their official and private capacity.
