Earlier this year I bought an aloe vera plant that I leave outside on my patio table as the center piece. This little prickly succulent not only stores water in the leaves, but I actually use the thick fleshy tissue on my face regularly to moisturize my skin. I have found that it removes my blackheads, pimples and reduces the redness in my T zone area. I often receive compliments about my youthful appearance. It may be genetics playing a part as well as taking care of my skin.
